A Performance Strategist works with leaders on the physiology underneath their output — recovery, focus, sleep, stress carryover, decision quality — rather than just mindset or productivity tactics. The work treats the nervous system as performance infrastructure.

The Reserve Collective is Kikky’s annual women-only retreat series for founders, executives, and high performers. Three retreats per year, 2027, Tulum in February, Costa Rica in June, Sedona in September.
